Payment Policies

OUR POLICICES

Payment Policy:

  • You can reserve your booking by paying higher of:

Total flight cost + 25% of Trip Amount 

  • Balance payment needs to be completed 10 days prior to travel. If you want the payment to be done at the time of Arrival, it is only possible for 25% of the package amount. ie 75% of package amount need to be paid before arrival.
  • For travel in less than 21 days from booking, complete payment must be received within 24 hours of booking.
  • You can pay using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, SWIFT or deposit cash Rs 1,99,000/- in adherence to Income Tax ACT.
  • We levy non-refundable payment convenience fees for all payments made using our gateway. Bank transfers via NEFT/IMPS/RTGS/SWIFT do not attract convenience fees. Convenience fees are waived off for payments made within 24 hours of booking.
  • If the above-mentioned payment terms are not followed Dreamplore tour and Travel will not be held responsible for any change made in the package itinerary due to non-availability of flights, Hotels, Ferry etc.
  • There might be an increase in total package cost offered at the time of bookings in case the payments are not received by Dreamplore Tour And Travels as per the terms mentioned and the extra cost need to be borne by the guest.

 

Airline Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation will be as per the airlines cancellation policy
  • Refund will be done within 30 Workings days post deduction of cancellation charges by airlines (as per airline cancellation policy)

 

Hotel Cancellation Policy:

  • Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost
  • 30 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
  • 15 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost
  • 0 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given
  • Please Note: Cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy.
  • In peak season (example: long weekends, festival season, summer vacation etc.) most of the hotels charge 100% cancellation.

 

Package Cancellation Policy:

We invite the emails informing cancellation of the tour and the refund policy will be effective from the date of receipt of this email. Refund for cancellation is as mentioned below with a minimum cancellation amount of Rs. 1000. Cancellation/retention charges as per respective hotel/Cruise policy/vehicle policy. All refund will be processed within two weeks on receipt of your email.

  • Above 30 days – 80% of Booking amount will be replaced
  • 29 to 8 days – 50% of Booking amount will be replaced
  • Less than 7 days or no show – NO REFUND

We will withdraw all the bookings there forth in case of any unexpected incidents, hindering the tour and the refund depends on the amount which can be recovered from unused services. We do not hold any responsibility for this refund but will assist you in the best possible way.
